Gore yes (2nd couple uke kills off his seme) , toxic (not for main couple they are healthy af) yes it's disturbing cuz the guy who is holding head of his dead lover actually killed his own lover for the experiment you know how military men are selfish and greedy and want to bet everything for their own achivement. I cannot spoil much but rest assured main couple has happy ending
