ml is just delusional. The motel incident opened his eyes to mc's sexual prefernce but him thinking mc is a manwhore is his own assumptions. mc never corrected him because mc didn't even know what he was talking about until they actually had sex and it finally clicked but by then mc was so hardheaded he decided to keep up the facade.
Also ml's mom being a mistress is him drawing a parallel and accepting the fact he may be no different from her, but he didnt accept liking mc because of it. at this point of the story ml doesn't have romantic feelings for mc yet (at least he doesnt realize yet), he just wants to have mc and is possessive, but more so want to fulfill his lust for mc, because mc was the one who awakened his masochist tendencies and he's been holding a grudge on mc since the motel incident. and reminder, because in his delusion mc is a cheating manwhore, he doesnt feel it is a big deal to cheat with a cheater already, assuring mc they wont let the wife find out. Hes willing to partake in this cheating game (parallel to his mom being a mistress) simply because he thinks mc is the one who doesnt have any morals.
Our ml and his delusion is really the only reason the plot is even going somewhere lol.

Sry but can someone explain me abt the storyline? Does ml thinks mc is a whore and been fucking around while getting married and also he thinks this way bc of what happened back in that motel? And also bc his mom is a mistress he just accepted the fact that he like mc (his mom once said the apple didn’t fall far from the tree) is that it?
