Ah. Yes lying could be good depending on the situation. I mean I don’t promote lying, but sometimes lying is the safe option or people might see you as crazy. Or even the person they are lying to are dangerous or possibly dangerous.
I'm only two chapters deep but like I've seen this a couple times in different series. The main character will be given the perfect opportunity to lie about amnesia and they don't like bro. Just lie and say you don't remember s*** it's easier to explain why your behaviors don't make sense. Just be like. Yeah I don't remember Jack s*** maybe I'm a bad person but I believe in lying sometimes
