from what i am in the novel, not that worse, but he gets lost sometimes to the point that ye needs to rely on signs ( ML paints the walls some signs to give him direction where to go)

and he is really mentally and emotionally unstable. MC gets this rage fit where he gets super mad at thr ML, throwing punches destroying the room and the ML takes it all, he doesn't do anything but wait for MC to calm down.

For the ML, he has a permanent organ damage from the toxin.
