The only reason why everyone may have an "idea" of what's going to happen next is because this story is cliche/predictable as fuck! Psychological story copying other story with the same damn thing.

The art is beautiful
The uke and seme are both hot

-the plot is predictable as fuck; we've read this type before.
-And yes pretty sure the brother kill the parents, bully and hurt anyone around the uke.
-The brother will probably start, if he hasn't yet, having sexual desires for his brother.
-Rape may happen or when is about to the seme will interfere
-There may come a point where the uke will stay away from the seme because 1) he still thinks it's his fault/jinx, 2) feels threatened by brother, or 3) doesn't believe the seme when he'll try to open up his eyes to the truth about how crazy the brother is
