Read the novel before....

I remembered reading the novel of this before. But only up to the part where they went to Khalid's kingdom to do some ceremony. It's a custom that engaged couple had to do before they could get married.

Maximo is actually a clueless bastard who was in love with Renato since they were children. He thought Renato was an Omega when they first met. It's like love at first sight. He even wanted to marry him when they grew up. He was very kind to Renato, so Renato thought of him as his first friend. But then Maximo found out that Renato's a beta and this bastard had the audacity to feel betrayed. He thought Renato played him. Added to the fact that just like everyone in that kingdom who didn't think highly of beta royals, he felt disgusted that he even thought of marrying him. So, he bullied him. Even in the past life before Renato regressed, he chained him to his room. Don't worry, no SA happened. Because this clueless bastard still didn't think that he's in love with Renato. But in this life, with Renato and Khalid getting married, he had an epiphany. If it's alright to marry a beta, then why couldn't he do it? Yup, he'll turn yandere over Renato. Sucks for him, Khalid is the greenest of green flags. Lol.
