My theory is : pink hair B just wants to climb the social ladder and is jealous of FL. Now that she knows they were in a fake relationship she will try to expose FL, making her the two timing one and making her reputation plummet in the hospital. Then she will try to seduce ML because of course he is probably the son of the hospital director and thus the heir of the hospital. But ML only has eyes for the FL so he will coldly reject her and she will go ballistic. Maybe she’ll try some dangerous things too like drugging him etc.
Well that is my theory, I’ve read too many stories like that.
