SO there was this story I read a long time ago. My memories are a bit hazy but I believe the Uke was in a sort of toxic relationship (Not with the mc) Where he would pierce his ears with a needle during "the deed."
I think the seme saves him but I can't remember, if anyone can help me find it I would be ENTERNALLY grateful!
