Well. Ssge isn't his biological sister, the parents adopted her I think she was a friend's child and they prefer her but they are overbearing. Also as you reaf further it might. No be lo e that Yuri really feels for her
she is his cousin, and yes he is in love with her, romantically and sexually. There was a panel where yuri says that it doesn't matter who is under him (who he is fucking) if it wasn't her....and in the break up arc he admits he isn't normal and in love with her
