I don't really know but there are people who say that Never Understand/Out of Control is like a Korean version of a manga called "His Favourite", I've read the first chapter but I don't think there's a homofobic character? well, it's because you needed to read the whole story since it's not a one-shot so it's been created for the plot to develop in detail, not in a hurried fashion.
BTW, I think jaerim's just being carelessly spouting off bec he developed an instinct to just to retaliate to Yuki. he caught himself and realized when he saw his glasdes friend hooking up with the bully
anyways koisuru boukun is the perfect example of a homophobic falling inlove. I know there's more in my sexuality list so I'll get back at you later.
