Fun little tidbit: In brazillian portuguese, my native language, esposa means wife. So this whole time, for me, Carcel's name is nothing more than Carcel of wife (de meaning of something, like a place). I laugh every single time at this, this ml going around introducing himself like 'MY NAME IS CARCEL AND I BELONG TO MY WIFE'
Hahaha im brazilian too and had the same thought but esposa is wife in spanish too and i think makes sense since this story apparently is in this language originally
