Well if j kinda think bout it, she is spoiled by a very strong constellation who himself suggested to be like a lazy king, nd her brother is the owner of a very big guild, she is the first s ranker, I'd kinda say,
The whole nation spoils her. If u were in that condition even ud be like dat

to be fair, she also has to have a cover so that her mom does not suspect her of being who she is. Furthermore, i honestly find her character refreshing because her morals are clear. While she is not a hero, she is a "king" who protects her people. She has also stepped in multiple times when it was necessary for her to. Also, she has been through so much already, so is it wrong for her to act childish? It's kind of proving the point regarding how so many people complain about those with power because they aren't a "hero"..

I really agree, the story wanted to depict her as a king and they did it, she is da king, like my cats are the owners of my house, there's nothing wrong with her being the owner of the world

She gets a pass. She spent her childhood being the one and only S-tier in the country. They probably overworked the poor child even though they did their best to give her a somewhat normal childhood because the whole country was basically relying on a child to stabilize the gates. It was also impossible to not have any casualties no matter how strong she is so she probably also saw a bunch of people die. In the first few chapter, it was narrated that even though she was “officially”an inactive s-tier, people still like her and gives her a pass because they knew how much she worked in the past.

She acts this way because she is a spoiled and pampered king who knows that she's top dog in literally the whole world. 'comfortable and lazy tyrant life?' is literally in the summary, in which, a tyrant, meaning they are arrogant, demanding, spoiled, and throw fckn tantrums.

I understand not liking an MC bcs of certain personality traits while they're portrayed as some stoic hero or literal stone cold beauty queen, but it literally stated what her true character is and portrays her flaws in full light straight from the summary and chapter 1. And EVEN then there's the nuance of characters being dynamic and having much more personal matters of why they act the way they do. Her father died because he was a selfless hunter and let people walk over him, this as such probably traumatized her, which influences her selfishness which is a quality that is actively influenced by those around her, same with her other flaws.

EVEN then she also has good traits that she purposely outshines with the bad so she doesn't put herself in any unwanted situations. She could get away with anything with the power she has but hides this fact from her mother who believes her oldest daughter to be unawakened and just a spoiled and lazy child. She deeply cares for the people under her protection, mainly consisting of her family and those she grew with, and will do anything to help those people.

You just have to see whats under the base traits you are given. There is the personality given to you, and then the one that is hidden under dialogue and action.
