I get what you're saying but I think it works well with how will the narrative develop. There are also other examples, like the movie Incendies or certain manhwas, where such scenes, though difficult to watch, added depth or context to the story.

I really do get where you're coming from...but it's all part of the story development. His character is complex, the mental illness added to it, it's the reason why he's like that...... Don't you feel sympathy for him when it shows how he's struggling inside? It doesn't excuse the assaults he made but you know what I'm saying, I'm not approving of what he did, it's just that I'm only thinking about the story, just looking at it from the perspective of the story rather than real life

This shit is crazier than I thought because this chapter has a sexual assault warning. It's not even different from the other times the top had 'sex' with the bottom--all of it was sexual assault. This is just the only time the top ACKNOWLEDGED he was being a monster.
