He knows he did something wrong by accusing him with 0 proofs, either he wants to apologize or take him back with him to Seoul (imagining granny forcing him to go with JJk), we can't lie to ourselves, he misses JJk and his friends too, he had good time with them (as he was saying to himself), I think Danny will "heal" by returning to Seoul with everyone
