That could be so but another alternative is that the MC doesn't want to 'taint' his image of the perfect Raon. He probably doesn't want to accept that Raon might share some 'qualities' with Garon that he deems inappropriate for his fantasical version of Raon. Lol it might be me grasping at straws but the lack of interest here could be due to MC's past sexual trauma. In other settings that doesn't involve sex, MC seems like he WANTS to share it with Raon and even worries himself about what Raon thinks of him.
No-name impresses me that he definitely cares for Raon, maybe even a little bit in love. After all Raon showed respect and treated him and his mother with kindness. But his caring is what would make No-name stop and distance himself from Roan. The fact that his body is supposed to poison humans, Garon's wrath, jeopardizing his position within the ruling court... probably more, but I think the fact that sex might kill him is number one. Also he was, at that moment, determined to carry out the plan of killing Garon and stealing the plans for the rifle.
OK, but according to the novel (have not read it myself) so is based on what I read from others he will find a cure for the poison and save Garon, if he liked Raon wouldn't he do that for him instead. Like I'm not saying he doesn't have any feelings for him, he just doesn't like him romantically is what I'm saying
I haven't read that far in the novel, but I'm making my thoughts based on what has happened so far at this point in the story here on the site. :)

This is the novel if you want to read it :)
Hmm okay, I get that Raon cared for him and lust for him, but I don't think the mc feels the same, probably never felt the same for him considering that he did stop him from going further in other chapters.
Anyways, if the mc of paper flower chose the crown Prince and the mc of Jinx chose the ML, what makes us think this will be different cmon
