First off he noticed that the reincarnated mc had a lot of the same habits as his former boss, e.g. how he hold his cigarette. Then, mc made a deal w him using info abt other gangs but when he investigated the mc, the ml found that there was no way for the body mc reincarnated in to know that. When the ml had drunk a lot and the mc thought he'd passed out, the mc also said smth like "don't be sad I'm dead, just think i went on a long vacation". The ml also found the doctor of when the mc was in the hospital and the doctor confessed that the body mc was in had died, as in heart stopped, body temp dropping, on the way to the morgue dead.
