I am gonna say it again "who the fuck do this kind of dangerous experiment in a college campus?"
We are told to do this kind of experiment (unknown virus/bacteria) in an isolated lab. In my university, if we find something off with an experiment specially virus, we immediately discard it or give the sample to sequencing lab to find out. We don't do further experiment on it untill we are sure of the danger.
