Mind sharing where you read the spoilers?

MC didnt really like sexual things (MC had trauma from almost being gang-raped when he was a kid by other kids (didn't happen cause ML saved him)) (being ridiculed by other kids for him moms job probably didn't help) and he saw the ML as someone like himself, so that's why MC was comfortable being around the ML. But the ML was actually really lustful, towards the MC and he liked him, but because the MC was like as I described above, he just vented his desire elsewhere, so that he could stay by the MC side without acting on those desire and possibly losing the MC. At least, that's what I got from translating the raws using Google lens.
Ok I red spoilers but no one explained why seme had so many sex friends. Was he in a bad place? Or was he just that lustful? Like wtf
