My parents are 16 years apart, too. It's literally fine, they don't have an unhealthy power dynamic at all.
I get why people are worried about age gaps because of their potential for manipulation, but as long as both are consenting adults with enough psychological maturity to know what they're doing and create a healthy relationship it's totally fine
