in this particular genre I guess it's not, it's that all of these idol manhwas have pretty much the same character archetypes and story tropes, it's just me waiting for something different and something more in depth or dark considering they do acknowledge the harsh treatment of the industry, so you know might as well tackle more. (I said waiting cuz I really can't demand this from authors and artists, all I can do is wait and appreciate what's to come)
The kid are considered like products because there are buyers for this type of product and insane volunteers for the position. It’s a systemic problem
