Not the op but go to settings by clicking the button on the upper right side of your browser, the settings is below "Bookmarks" and above "Logout". Once you click it you'll see your profile setting then just scroll down and you'll see your email and "set new email" below it
I also put my personal email when I was kido but changed it back in 2020 when mgdex got alert of hacking so now the email I m using has no personal data.

My MacBook notified me that Mangago got a data leak, I believe it’s common sense to not use a personal email or password to sign up, BUT if you did make an account using a personal email and password make sure you change it ASAP! Also a great idea to use a VPN when using this website.
