Almost all have smut, be careful with warehouse, sheep mask, Caste heaven, and tree without roots (later half), if you wanna steer clear of SA.
The ones near the top are more “deranged” but I added some that I think fit the psych genre and could be what a good read

pls recommend horror/psychological bl manwhas, like with an mc thats mentally ill or sick to the head. particularly one with alot of angst, like one w an mc thats gone insane & has actually been experiencing delusions
