So mc was ml's only person whom he was close to after his mom's death and after mc for some reason told him to piss off ml went to live with his father heart broken (so basically mc in wrong here) and now for some reason too mc started to think " oh actually I want him back" and after approaching ml who is butt hurt by him ml tells mc to piss off but cuz he still have lingering feelings he accepts his proposal..
