As someone that was depressed for some years I fully understand what you went through or what you might be going through but believe me when I say this you are not alone and you are loved and cherished by either people that are already in your life or people that will be in your life in the future so for now just know that there are people in all corners of the world that understand you and appreciate your strength in keeping yourself alive and going
I'm just glad we didn't give up on the gift of life I hope there will be more and more safe people in your life that you can open up to them and hear and feel more nice things irl(づ￣ ³￣)づ
