i cant give two fck about taeju or jaekyung, i mostly hate tops bc they’re all bad written 99% of the time, but ltit is still better written in terms of character’s growth than jinx and i just know it wont change based on her other work (even tho bj alex was better imo), i only read both bc of euihyun and dan

you're jumping to conclusions and making assumptions while the story is still developing, maybe Jaekyung has a back story that will make you change your opinion about him, who knows!

no, i do enjoy when the bottoms make the tops suffer though and i already know his back story wont change the fact that i dislike him anyway. i started it bc it was from the same author as bj alex which i enjoyed (mostly bc of md & chanwoo) and had to go through 50 chapters to finally see that horse face suffers a bit but hes already back ☠

I think the perspective a lot of ppl are missing is that THIS is when the redemption is starting.. part of his suffering will have to do with contending with Dan's current state and how he contributed to it.
This idea that only JK was going to suffer while Dan will be happy ignores the beginning of the story that showed Dan's depressive state prior to JK

i know this, i just dont like the fact that almost every bl authors now keep writing the same style of plot. of course, jae helped dan in some ways im not erasing it but im still tired of the bottoms forgiving the tops in two seconds bc they had a bad past… as if the bottoms werent suffering all their life but they’re still good with others unlike the tops… and last point i just cant feel jaekyung, sometimes you dont like people or characters just bc and thats it but anyway, i hope he has a real
bad past and not some sob story or else ☠

I get what you're saying, but that is a common trope in the toxic top subgenre.
And JK is easy to hate because we don't really know much about him or what he thinks about. Hopefully that's something the author makes a priority this season
