Only if he wasn't a damn head of some village.. how can economical status differ people so much tht a doctor is unable doing anything against him which makes sense and it's realistic. And how come not only the village people but his own staffs doesn't like him tht pretty much explains how fvcked up giving the high positions to juz anyone can mess up everything only to rely on some damn blood line.
