What crime gets Jingi into jail?
Its not stated directly but there's a theory that it's pedo stuff (since it really grossed out Myeongil). Its also likely that it was actually the uncle that did the crime and Jingi took the fall.

Aw noooo, don't outcast Jingi like that. This is bullying :'(( He's left all alone by Heonjae and Myeong-il. Because of what I believe is a misunderstanding.
Myeong-il doesn't want to interact with Jingi ever since he discovered Jingi's crimes that put him in jail, but it probably wasn't even him but his evil Uncle who did those crimes.
((Heonjae, though I love him, is being a jerk for leaving his brother behind just because he doesn't want his Myeong-il to get snatched up
Jingi's already suffering on his own and now he's lonely. Everything just keeps getting worse for him and he's always just trying to push through everyday, even in his sleep he's having a hard time.
Give him a break! He's been visiting his mom who was in jail since he was a kid. He was (most likely) abused where he lived. He worked with gangsters since adolescence. He was jailed for crimes he didn't do. He gets nightmares in his sleep. He's low-key suicidal. Bro just needs comfort now ))
