Looking For

I am looking for this BL that i’ve read and its about these two guys who grew up in the same house because the bottoms parents died I believe. And every year on the bottoms birthday there is a cake in the fridge because he likes sweets but the mom who took him in doesn’t and neither does her son(the top) and the bottom thought that the mom got it but turns out it was the top. And the top knew that the bottom really liked sweets and they end up moving into a place together and the mom of the top was going to visit them but ends up seeing them kiss and drives off. I can’t really remember after that.
