These might not be underrated but I'm just gonna list my favourite, I can't link them properly so you can just visit my profile and just search for the works on the lists(no need to follow)--

'Lily/Lala'-- two different works but occur on a same universe, i haven't completed them both but i do love them upto where I've read, both are pretty simple and cute story.

'Getting to know grace'-- story is good along with the artstyle, the mc of the story does act a bit possessive towards the beginning but it's understandable.

'Soulmate'-- it's a time travel plot, a sweet and simple story, i love it.

'Please bully me, miss villainess'-- despite the title, the story has a pretty good plot and the characters are all lovely. It's a good story.

'Shibuya District, Maruyama Neighborhood: After School'-- it's a short and simple but good story.
