Why you guys hate ml? I want to read but the comments are scaring me I need spoilers

Ml is considered green flag compared to all other ML in general especially for a guideverse like he has secrets and his relationship with MC isnt forced.I see nothing wrong but that is just my opinion

Because his initial intention to date was just to make the guide stay. ML didn't want to get attached because he is capable of reverse guiding which has killed a guide before. But now since uke didn't die he seems to be having second thoughts about not losing uke.
