If you can’t differentiate fiction from reality then you’re the one that needs serious help. This is a horror/mystery manga with no tags of it being romance so this isn’t being advertised as the plot/couple being ideal or even aspirational. We all can choose how to view these stories but cmon atleast view it in a broader context. If you cant wrap your head around these type of topics and dislike these type of plots then I recommend you should stick to shoujo since it sounds like you cant handle the idea of complex relationships.
And saying “they’re not blood related it’s ok” get help. At the end of the day they’re STILL SIBLINGS their mother and father MARRIED if their parents had a child GUESS WHAT THAT WOULD BE THEIR SIBLING!!!
