They can fly! Remember that they flew while fighting on the chapter when MC appeared to them for the first time on the central? I think it’s just MC who can’t ‘cause either too weak or he can’t control it
I’m pretty sure everyone but him can fly, or at least his vassals can bc I remember when they were getting invaded the vassal with all the armor ordered for them to take out the airships from the ground and to not fly unless absolutely necessary.
