No fr when I first read it, it kept me in suspense of what the backstory about his abnormal attachment to him, like some co-dependent relationship. I will say the backstory fucking killed me. I will internally reread everything but always skip those parts again Honeslty I love this manwha cuz of how unique it was as well. I especially love the RR dynamic role in this. I’m pretty picky on the RR dynamic roles but this specific manwha checks off most of the check boxes for me.
It's 3am. I have binge read it for for the past three hours. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
The parts where we learn about Yeonwoo's backstory and the reason why Junhyuk is so "obsessed" with keeping him safe... They did well with concealing and making you want to read more to know what caused their "strange" relationship and Yeonwoox's trauma. And Haesol's backstory too... The burden of knowing you're the child of a rapist. Knowing that the people you share blood with don't even acknowledge you and have a completely different family they care for instead.
I like all these characters. I don't read a lot of slowburn manhwas. Not to mention, STRAIGHT SLOWBURN MANHWA. I have BL in my name, I love reading gay sex. SO it's very rare for me to read straight manhwas and like them immediately. This is actually the FIRST straight manhwa that's placed in a modern time that I love A LOT.
AND OHHHH PLEASEEEE. The seductive scenes between Yeonwoo and Haesol, OMLLLL they are just too cute. God, I love them so much. You can never make me hate them, fuck all y'all. /j
