Tbh IMO I’d say dead in the middle so a 5/5.5. Like there’s times where it’s like oof that’s crazy like the nipple thing and the vomit. the relationship the 3 have is a kind of stable in a way. A lot of the time when they’re just hanging out it’s mutual interactions like the outside scenes. The only actual fucked up parts in this story is only regarding the sex scenes when they sometimes go overboard since there is two big buff men sharing MC
Personally, I think its pretty fucked up. All the characters have some real issues. And the grape scenes are quite... graphic. 8.7/10
Id agree with that, 10/10 might be too much cause it’s definitely not as bad as killing stalking, but it’s definitely not good
