Ngl I have a hate/love relationship with the multiverse concept, not refering to this manhwa since it's not the case, but when MC jumps trough time to save his doomed world, discovering it's a multiverse basically makes all his efforts useless (for reerence, the latest that hurt most was re zero's case). But I like the spiderverse one, they might all have the same identity and similar destiny, but they are so different, even their individuality, they are all like different people to me
