I mean they kinda negotiated that in the beginning of the manga Guemryang wants his baby and his life form to continue and the ml wants his grandpa to live as long as possible. They are in a negotiated relationship :)!
i feel like their negotiated rs will take a drastic turn and change IF the boss and his guy found out about wtv is going in with them and they like endanger taesun bc he has the snake's babies, it's a possible AND plausible event imo
