I don't see any control in what had happened
he probably is the key to controlling the bosses. i think it’s a person and not an object, and since he is an omega and none of them seem to understand what that is, it’s probable that he is the only one and hence is the key to controlling them.
Is Ishino maybe part of this 'Clavis'..? And that's why the doctor wants him back... to complete the key and use him to control the bosses...? bc it seems to me he's already has them under his control...not completely...but it's just speculation...
