My thoughts exactly. I know how hard it is to overcome the insecurities you’re left with as a traumatized child so I could only relate seeing Miyabi struggling. I feel like they kind of both have their reflags tho. This isn’t what I would call a healthy relationship, but it’s beautiful anyway. Too bad a hot rich alpha won’t show up to save us as you said but ig we can save this for entertaining readings at least <3
Reading it as a traumatized person from a very dysfunctional family hits different. It feels like the author is one of the few who actually understands how childhood trauma can affect your relationships, without polarizing to extremes. Reading Miyabi's thoughts and interactions with others is giving me flashbacks to my own behavior. I'm just glad author decided to create this masterpiece. Definitely will be among my all time favourites.
PS. If any trauma survivor is reading this. It's easy to give in to daydreams and ignore your life. But it's just a fiction. There is a VERY low chance that Haruto-like partner will spawn out of nowhere to fix your life, people are not like they seem in the beginning. Don't depend on love (too much, at least hahaha). Please take care of yourself, you're slowly getting where you want to be in life im sure. <3
