makes sense.. though i do love psychological and twisted stories like these, i do think this kind of plot is getting more and more predictable, its getting boring.. psychological and traumatizing plot before was so good, whats happening with these authors nowadays..
Samryeong will eventually give in to the king's harassment towards him although he despites it. He gets to escape one day but he'll return to the palace once he realizes his body craves sex. So he chooses to be miserable with the obsessed rapist king even though he knows it is immoral
