Oh gosh, this was so painful. Second hand embarrassment at every turn. And such bizarre pacing, it was hard to tell what was still part of the flashback, it lasted for so long. Feels like there could have been an easier, more cohesive way to get through the various events. Idk, wasn’t my jam. Some parts felt super realistic, while other things felt like contrived, slow-burn nonsense for the sake of story tension or something. “No sex for a year” without the couple talking about the reason why even ONCE? Even as someone one the asexual spectrum myself, I can’t buy it at all. BUUUUT, not the worse thing I’ve read, I guess.
