tbh his perception of what’s normal or not is kinda messed up so him sleeping with other women has kinda just been the norm for him since he was a middle schooler— which I feel bad for him he’s still weird but he hasn’t really slept w anyone in the more recent chapters (yet? Hopefully not)
I believe he loves her after all she very different from his usual sex partners and exes.. To me he doesn't view sex with others as something "special" or a big deal whereas in the most recent chapters he actually blushes after hearing he touched the FL's boobs lmaoo.. It seems like he wants to cherish her in a messed up proper way all while going about his usual terrible habits idk.. sorry this is so long. It's np if you don't read lol.
