Fandom etiquette

Is fascinating how much fandom culture has been forgotten during these years.

"Don't like, don't read" is a great fandom manthra, you don't have to announce your departure this is not a airport. Just go away and read another thing, it's not like you lost money here trying to read this webtoon. The least you could do is go away and if you want to be extra nice say thanks to the team that translate it and give it to us.

    mmhmm.

or at the very least, if you're upset about the work and need to vent, do one of these three things:

    1. vent in a private groupchat. I promise that you will feel better doing this than ranting here in a public forum
    2. not be an ass about what you don't like in the comments. this includes raging at the author or other readers
    3. add your commentary as a reply to another existing comment that shares your view, to avoid spamming the page with negativity. it's really disheartening to read a work that isn't actually bad and seeing the whole page filled with complaints

I wish I could copy and paste this response to every Mongo, where people complain that they don’t like certain things going on. But they’re perfectly fine with Abusive Ssmes doing whatever.

I agree.. these readers keep whining excessively that they forget there is a delete button right next to "I'm reading this manga"..

Agreed x1000, you’re not doing any good by announcing you hate or you’re not reading a manga anymore, no one cares…
