it does kinda, maybe its like typos or translation issues
i thought the same until I read the novel—since this is a manhwa it has to cut a lot of the smaller details down, but it makes it more awkward/confusing in the process

I definitely think so, but just a warning that the novel id more intense than the manhwa, which toned down the story a fair bit
