I've read the novel and the main route is different. In the novel, the mc accepted the girl's confession and they went out. But in the manga, the mc rejected the girl and had this dream of choosing the different endings. But the blue key ending was originally in the main storyline so idk why they put it in that blue guy's ending :,-)
