Its a sad wnding for the uke, because sura awakens and he is beyond possesive and it doesn't ends in romance , basically sura takes back the throne and does not care if uke loves him or not, uke does not even has a choice because sura (the seme) tells him to become his or die, and the uke is used as a sexual toy all his life and it does seem he remains chained to the bed. So its sad because sura kills all of the ppl he uke new, so uke doesn't even loves him anymore he just accepts the fact that his fate is to be siras lover whether he wants or not, you should read it , to grasp the fweling of it but that ending was sad and disssapointed, felt so sorry for the uke tbh
I read this after reading sura's lover by the same author and this healed my soul. I wish sura's lover would have ended like this though
