Ok so she will be very capable in her time here because she will volunteer as a healer or support in the war. Like using her skills as a healer and the medicinal knowledge that she has in treating the wounded. She will also have new friends here and they will sneak out of that temple to follow her husband in battle. They will sneak out as a support/healer for the wounded and go to the base camp of the knights (Riftan)

Oh, no worries with that, Riftan will take her away there. He will save her.

And the reason she was brought back to her father, is because of the miscarriage. Its seen as a disgrace in her father because like he's saying that that's the only thing she can do and she even let that down (this is the pov of the father, he's a piece of shiit)

And Riftan did not know why is she taken away rashly, (because Maxi was taken back by her father without's Riftans permission, Riftan thought that Maxi went back willingly with her father) So he went there to check on her, and want to confirm if she is happy there and if she is happy to be back he is willing to leave Maxi there and back off. But yeah, he found out that Maxi is being mistreated there (he will witness it first hand along with 2 knights with him) That's when he will snap, and go rageeeeeee and hit the father with the chair making him the stutterer. It was so satisfying.
