Besides~ if you think for a while, yes, they're all related but maybe love between Nagi and Rio was the sign that it should end since genes are too similar. And that's how the two families finally splited away.
For me it was good story, full of fluff. For me the love between Nagi and Rio was the sigh for families to drift apart in a healthy way. So don't talk crap.
