It seems like his guiding abilities are closely linked to his mental state. At the beginning, he was really struggling, deeply depressed, and even had bad suicidal thoughts. But a few chapters before this, shown signs of his healing and self-acceptance, and that's definitely reflected in how much better he's able to control his powers now - let's also just add adrenaline because of the situation. This isn't a spoiler though, just an observation I made while reading.

Since when is yugeon so in control of his guiding powers that he doesn’t even need to have sex to basically insta heal someone? Isn’t the whole point of the sex stuff because it’s the most efficient way of guiding? Now yugeon suddenly doesn’t need to do that and can heal people through just touch alone like Jesus or something?
