Even before the dragon was like “yeah he’s a bug in the system” Cedins whole spiel about never being fulfilled even after gettin money/honor UNTIL MC appeared.. makes me think he is. he wasn’t just “looking for someone strong” he was looking for the *only* human who defeated him in his past life, yeah?
