There isn’t any major difference except with pacing. Definitely more slower in novel version. Honestly I don’t wanna spoil it but if you really liked mlcd I recommend reading it. The extra details of shavonne and lewellyn being a new couple and the details of how much lewellyn suffered were more impactful in the novel version imo.
The manhwa artist was great at capturing the important scenes and reading the novel is almost like rereading the manhwa but with more character thoughts and details.
That’s why I said only read it if you really liked mlcd so if you decide to I do recommend skipping their first sex scene.

My only advice to those who read it is to beware of the attempted r*pe (not between the main characters) and their first sex scene I can’t decide if it’s dub con or if I’m being dramatic
i wonder if there are any major differences between the manwha and the novel? i’m tempted to read it
